After a cloudy start, sunny intervals developed to give a warm, humid feel, with the temperature rising to a maximum of 19.6C. The afternoon brought a period of light rain and drizzle, which lasted into the early evening, amounting to a total of 2.2 mm. It topped up the water butts to some extent, but not enough to fill the pond.
